K30 user guide

Ok I have checked this website and others and could not find what I am looking for .
A while back someone posted a link to a k30 user guide ,probably to another website .
If someone has the link Iand posts this ,I would appreciate .

I always find the Japanese Pentax/Ricoh site the most reliable source for manuals:

its not Manual ,it is a "user guide" as in it explains the features on k30 ? regards

it was an acxtual user guide something similar to a magic lantern guide but free, i have tried google but to no avail.
