I'm certainly not regretting my purchase, I only got a relatively short chance to play over the weekend but it's all good news so far. The handling's good, grip's very comfortable, all the controls are in easy reach.

I can't compare the AF to the K5 but compared to the K10D I had it's on a different planet. focussing seems fast and positive, no sense of any hunting just straight there, no questions.

Now I need to start praying for some good weather to give it a proper test rather than just firing off a few snaps

Sadly my lenses aren't (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it )
