Very interesting and it's looking as though the Super resolution setting could be brilliant for architecture shots but no good if there's any movement in the subject.

I found this an interesting read, also the image processing approach for blurred objects at 100% crop is really interesting (although perhaps not so visually appealing...!) as shown in the pictures on the site.
