K20d multi exposure mode

Hi,been having a lazy day today so i've been exploring the menus and settings on the k20 . Can anyone shed some light on how to turn on the multi exposure mode . Everytime time i go into the menu and select the option and the amount of shots i want to take ,set the auto ev ,then when i go to take the shots it's not on ,then i go back into the MEM menu it's turned off .... I'm i missing the obvious .

No i don't have the book ,i used the pdf manual .

Think I have the quick guide some where if intrestet

You set the number of frames you want, and whether you want EV compensation. You then take your 2, 3 or however many shots. It will re-set back to not being multi-exposure once you have finished taking the appropriate number of shots. If you go back into the menu before you have taken them, it also resets it.

I don't know if it is possible to stop it re-setting after a set of exposures.
