K20D / K200D Update

Hi everyone,

I have more details of K20D prices and approximate delivery dates.

Please note that these are SRPs and will be discounted by us (especially of course for Pentaxuser members!)

K20D Body - £869
K20D + 18-55 - £899
K20D Twin - £999
K20D + 16-45 - £999

K200D Body - £469
K200D + 18-55 - £499
K200D Twin - £599

As said above these are Suggested Retail Prices - I will be discounting them. I have not yet got my final buy price, but I am predicting the K20D body will be approx £799.

Delivery dates have changed - the K20D will be here by the end of February and the K200D will be here in early March.

We have arranged an open day with Pentax which will be held in our Watford branch on Saturday 8th March. A representitive from Pentax UK will be on hand with both the K20D and K200D and a selection of the new lenses for us to all play with. There will be promotions on the day and a Pentax gift for all who attend - sadly no free cameras before anyone asks!

I would appreciate people who wish to come down to send me an email or give me a ring just so I can get an idea of how much tea or coffee I need to get in.....

Thanks for the update Chris. If I hadn't been told this week that I was being given the heave ho in the summer I would have been ordering one or the other. Hopefully when another job comes up I'll be able to upgrade my *ist D.
