Does anyone use a Mac with their K100D Super?
I am having trouble getting iphoto to recognize the RAW format (.pef) output of the camera.
Does Aperture import .pef?
How about Adobe Lightroom?

Thanks!

I have a K10D and don't use iPhoto, but find PEF files open fine in LightRoom, Preview, Graphic Converter and Capture One LE on my G5 running OS X 10.4.10

if preview opens it, iphoto should too....have you tried updating your software?
I don't have the k100 super, but highly recomend aperture for raw processing (check aplle for compatibility on thier website...my pef files from the ds2 are not supported, but the k10 is)....I only use Iphoto for slideshows, books, calendars etc.
Fired many shots. Didn't kill anything.

I think a search over at the mac support forums would be helpful.
I seem to recall a similar situation where, moving a plist file and forcing the mac to rebuild its iphoto library solved a number of issues caused by a corrupt plist file.

I presume you mean 10.4.10.1? Otherwise you have a lot of software updates to catch up on!
