K100d Flash

Hi All
I do not use flash much at all if I can get away with it, and do not like the built in one.
However The AF540 and AF360 are too expensive for me, with my old spotmatic I used A gun on A bar.
Could any one offer an alternative many thanks Kevin.

I've no idea what you mean by "A gun on A bar", but the same technology will work fine on the K100D, provided you use it in manual mode.

For a really cheap, but effective, solution, buy a Pentax AF240Z on Ebay. You'll find it works pretty well.

That would be H-bar. A for 'orses, obviously.
