Been a number of posts on this topic, some in the past week or so. Suggest a search?
Short answer is 'yes', using a so-called 'hack' that enables additional options in camera. The adjustment is global, however.
That said, seems people who've used this method find it quick and easy enough to change the 'global' setting for each lens as they use it.

Have there been posts describing the procedure for this 'hack'?

Some useful links, and is it right that the K20 (and all after the K10) have focus calibration as standard in their menus?

K-X does not have it as standard in the menus; you have to force the camera to open a debug menu by hacking it.

There's no 'hack' involved!!
It's done by putting a text file on your SD card and switching the camera on with the card door open.
There's a few threads describing the process on the forum.

Regardless of the technicalities or otherwise of the term "hack" we know what people mean - it is a process that was not intended to be user-accessed by the designers. Therefore, users are hacking into it, gaining unauthorised access if you like.
It may be harmless if you know what you're doing, it may not be if you don't.
It may be harmless if you know what you're doing, it may not be if you don't.

The settings in the debug menu are harmless and can all be reseted.
Only when you start to write more codes in the TEXT file, which you can, then things can get dangerous.

^^^^ This is the kind of thing that's both erroneous, scaremongering and is unnecessary.
There is NO hack involved.
Enabling the debug menu to access the AF Adjustment parameters is not dangerous in the slightest.

Most people know what hacking means and are thus put off by the mention of it. This is natural when they have spent many hundreds on a camera and don't want to break it.
This is why I am not happy with the incorrect description of the simple process of enabling an extra AF adjustment parameter as 'hacking'.
It's not a hack by any stretch of the imagination.

That's fine, but it's not dissimilar to the corrections made by some to grammar and spelling, maybe....

It's a whole lot dissimilar. The spelling police are just being pedantic, while using the term 'hack' when it isn't a 'hack' is putting people off from calibrating the AF on the camera becuawe of unneccesary and erroneous scaremongering.
When I first got my K10D and lens combo which I bought second hand as a 2nd body to my K20D I had only just got into Digial photography, and actually thought there was something wrong with the K10D/Lens as the pics were so soft. I still think that's why the original owner sold it on.
Then I learned about the debug menu and AF calibration. Situation fixed. I'm used to debug menus, etc as I have a technical background with electronic equipment.
But I also know from experience that many people aren't "Tech Comfortable" at all and we should be encouraging them not frightening them.

I was wondering if it is possible to re-calibrate the focussing on the K10?
