I've updated firmware many times before no bother. BUT this one isn't working for me. I've tried two cards both 128Gb twice each and formatted them each time as you should. Still no joy. Two batteries both full.
I'll try again tomorrow. Sorry later today.

Daft question, where do I find Custum Image? I have looked all through the options and I cannot see it.

Try unzipping the .bin file, I did it and it worked.

Are you using slot 1 ? Slot 2 won't work.

Peter. Yes I'm using slot. 1.
John. I've never had to unzip the .bin file before. How do I do that. You got to remember I'm 83 and a little bit UN tech. I manage most things but some I need help with and I don't have a 10 year old to help me.
Looking forward to your instructions.

The file you download from the web page is "k1ll_v130.zip"
The file you need to put on the SD card is "fwdc240b.bin"
You access the file by unzipping "k1ll_v130.zip"... right click and select Extract here.

Double clicking on the original downloaded file ( k1II_v130.zip ) should also work and produce the .bin file you need to put onto the SD card.
