Many people thought the K20D was a minor step up from the K10D.
But boy, are they wrong!
As far as IQ is concerned it was a much bigger step than the K20D to a K-7. In addition to the big IQ leap, (more resolution, better DR, improved high ISO noise and better colour) the ability to get spot on AF adjustment for each lens, was alone worth the step.
For me, on an out of 10 score, the K20D and K-7 both get a 9/10 (for different reasons), but the K10D in comparison is a struggling 7/10.

Great image James. I agree that the K20D is a big improvement over the K10D

So if you are thinking about up grading then stop thinking and do it you wouldn't regret it.
just look at this, hand held,moving and with a 55-300mm lens. the foucs area was the nose, look at the sharp detail of the shot no photoshop sharpening straight from jpg
