I would definitely agree. You can pick up old versions of Elements on Amazon too . I would try and snag an old version of Photoshop Elements from somewhere (ebay?) It opens up a new world, easy to use, and will keep you going for a long time before you might want to upgrade to Lightroom or CS5. Highly recommend.
