juggling liquid drop

Very nice! However I think the transparent/translucent fluids looked better. These look a bit like chunks of wax you'd break off an old candlestick, it's hard to tell they are fluids (apart from the floating ball in the 2nd one )

Fantastic shots.
With this liquid I find my self wondering what it would look like lit from behind! White background instead of black, back lit instead of front. Even two flash, one back lighting and one side lighting on much less power.
I think I am getting away with myself here but what about adding somehing solid to the liquid, like glitter?

Fantastic, Amin. Now, if you could get one lookin' like a scantily clad, nubile woman...
Somewhere in London, there is a guy, with a camera, some liquid, smoke and bubbles......

No scantily clad nubile woman I am afraid , this is the best I could get out of a stubborn liquid drop . Just a seahorse.
And with a lighter background rather than black just to please thoughton on this one .

That was beakynet I was the one moaning about the translucency of the fluid

Who was it now that started this?
Harold Edgerton I think, invented the stroboscope to do this sort of thing. Remember that famous image of the 'crowned' milk droplet?

Just a couple of shots from the batch I have been working on, couldn't resist that comment above ha
Any C&C please will be most welcome
Now with regard to the image itself:
Liquid drop.
Interesting to notice how different density, viscosity and other physical properties of fluids when altered the effects they have when playing with droplets is amazing.
Surface tension also plays a huge role in the outcome of these images.
I am hoping to experiment some more with various fluids and consistencies and expect to get more interesting results.
Any more ideas if anyone has please let me know and I will try to implement them. I have been working on implementing bubble and smoke with them, so far a bit of success with bubbles but have to work on the lighting part still. Very tricky as they are on the opposite sides of lighting requirements to get the results for each of them.
