Judging competitons

Another competition WEEKLY #330 with no feed back from the judge except to announce the winner. Is this the new way of judging? If it is I wont be entering any more and will just post images to the gallery etc as there is usually useful feed back there

Perhaps a brief reminder of what is expected of a winner/judge, placed on the main competition page? I'd have thought it was fairly obvious from what has gone before, but to entrants winning for the first time the process will be unfamiliar. I appreciate that comments can sometimes be delayed for good reason, but judges should surely find it part of the fun to respond with a critique of the week's/month's entries.

It's for certain next weeks judge will offer his considered opinion on each entry.

It's only Monday, give the poor guy a chance!

I'll drop him a line in a while to see what's happening.

Sorry David I don't feel able to enter your competition this week. No reflection on you or the subject, but because I will not be available to act as a judge the following week.

I'm in
