I've not read all of that, but it could just relate to the meagre £100,000 of compensation that the shareholders of Jessops were offered as part of the refinancing deal with HSBC.

It involved winding up Jessops as was and making a new company I think.

So will Jessops become another Woolworths?

Only selling on-line after disposing of the retail outlets on the main streets?

That's a little worrying - my brother left his Panasonic bridge camera with them to be repaired a week or two ago!

John yes this is for £100,000 to the shareholders, what a kick in the teeth for them.

Surely this is the legal side of removing the Company from the shareholders ownership and placing it with the Bank.

I think Graham's right - this is just the legal stuff following the bank's agreement.
