I use the 300AFD,
It lacks a sync socket and only has bounce & zoom head (no swivel) - I don't know what features the top of the range Pentax has so can't comment further.
The lack of a socket to allow TTL operation off camera is the feature that I miss.

Anybody used the £99 Jessops flash gun - 300AFD ?
What does it lack in terms of Pentax's top of the range flash gun?
Also, does anyone know where I could get the Samsung flsh that is advertised on Amazon for £188? Nobody seems to stock them - not even Amazon. You are requested to leave your email address to be informed by them if they get any to sell !
