ist DL missing (...lost) parts... replacements

Hello Pentax Users,

I had an unfortunate week. I lost the little plastic cover for the flash mount (hotshoe), and also lost the rubber thing that is mounted on the viewfinder.

I was wondering if any one knows where to get replacements.

I wouldn't worry too much about the hotshoe cover, those are a recent developement and I've usually just tossed them. If you MUST have one, take a thick peice of paper, or thin cardboard, paint it black, cut to size,and there you go.

The eyecup can be ordered from various places, like B&H in the States or Jessops in the UK.

You can all the spares you need from your local Pentax office. They've been very helpful when I've lost eyecups.

...and when you discover the price you'll probably look after them more I know I pay a lot more attention to the "bits"
