ISO setting during Flash...

I have my K10D set on auto ISO between 100 and 400 as I have found this to be a good range for general shooting, however, I have realised that all my Flash pictures are on 400ISO .

Ideally I want a lower setting, unless I am attempting to push the flash range. Is there a way to achieve this automatically or do I just need to just set the ISO manually for my Flash photography? It's not a problem with the OK button and front e-dial to change the ISO, however I might forget! So I am looking for an automatic option if one exists!

I think you'll find the camera will always set the highest ISO that you'll allow unless you set it manually - the advantage of ISO400 for flash shots is a lower discharge from your flash unit meaning a quicker recharge time before you're able to take the next shot. Still, ISO400 on a K10D looks quite acceptable in my opinion...
