More advanced features and more power is the simple answer!
Wireless flashes are useful for different lighting techniques.
Automatic and High Speed Sync Modes
Convenience.
The main thing is, if you are happy with what you have, stick with it!

What are the advanced features? In terms of power, I have, ampngst others, a Metz CT60 which also comes in handy for welding up car wings.
I'm sure that there may be advantages to a dedicated flash, but are they really worth the £200 odd extra?

The question is, is it worth me getting a matched Pentax flash unit? What more am I going to get that is worth the considerable amount of money such flash units cost?
