invalid email address

Hi,I'm trying to change my email address in my settings on here and it just keeps coming up with error invalid email address, even though it is correct.
Anyone know where I'm going wrong ?

Is it possible you've used it before? I think the system will only accept it once.

Anyway, if it's still a problem then put in a report to IT and they'll he happy to help.

Hi John thanks, it's a new email address so that can't be it. Will try it again tomorrow.

Sorted, accepted the email address this morning.

Glad it's now sorted, it will remain one of life's mysteries!
