Croome Park Worcestershire for an afternoon yesterday. The very first garden designed by Capability Brown. IR only i'm afraid as standard shots taken on non Pentax M4/3rds, i needed a light load day.

1. House and part of grounds

2. One of the many statues around, unfortunately description not legible

3. Part of Man made Lake and river

4. On The Lean

5. The Light Moved

6. One of the Follies

Nice little set Joe - but I didn't spot you at passport control

On the lean is the stand out image for me - like the way the eye steps from foreground through to background taking in the details along the way

Nice set...i've come to the conclusion I DO definitely like the IR filter look.

Particularly like 1 and 5 as the white and blue give a very distinct look...must be because I like snowy images!

What frequency of IR conversion did you go for?

Karlo

thanks for all the comments. We found border control very lax John. Will need to go again without wife and dogs to explore further as the house was closed and a lot more of the park to see.
Bought the camera already converted to 720nm Karlo but if going for IR conversion it would probably be my choice or even full spectrum. You can process decent black & white from 720 and there is enough leeway with it to still have some normal light frequency get through for false colour processing whereas with Full spectrum you can use camera for normal photography , IR and i believe UV.

Great use of IR Joe, both b+w and false colour. Particularly like the statue (for the subtle colours) and the leaning tree (for its composition).
