Anyone seen it tried it?
Expensive I think but if you could just have one head for a tripod it may be the ticket?
I used to think my Acratech GV2 Was versatile...
Not exactly light though.
Cheers Jules...

Looks good but expensive and I'm sure you would get sick of having
what is basically a macro rail attached all the time. I use a 3 way
Gitzo really good and a Slik AF2100 which I only bought last year.
Should have bought it 20 years ago..... Brilliant!

I've got a Pentax and a Novoflex macro rail for when I want to do things
like they show that Induro doing.
Half Man... Half Pentax ... Half Cucumber

Pentax K-1 + K-5 and some other stuff

Well, I like what I have seen but ~£370 is a bit out of my budget for a head only (at least at the moment).
Still, taking together what I paid for all my different heads I may well could have bought this one.
Kind regards

It's nice to be nice!

Pentax K-5 with D-GB4 Grip, to many lenses to mention by now (serious LBA by now), TC's, Lowepro Slingshot 300 AW, Manfrotto 028 & Redsnapper RS-283 with various Heads plus various Camera Clamps (I collect them). Pentax AF 360FGZ, Pentax AF 240FT, several Metz 45 CT-1 & 5 with stands and 'Blow Up' Soft Boxes, Flash Triggers, and various Macro gear.

The Markins ball head I use is now around €300, plus the QR plate for it so the Induro, whilst expensive doesn't sound too awful to me.

The weight of it would be the major downside for me.

One of these years I shall get an L-plate for my camera just to make life even easier.

I didn't pay anything near €300 for my ball head btw .

Hi Gwyn,
Yeah that looks to be it's one big downside, the light ones a Kilo my Acratechs a Pound, huge difference...
Hi Algenon,
You could be right there, The more I look at it the more I think about what you said, maybe it's just got too much going on?
I really would like an extended try of one to see if I could live with it but I think if I just added a Manfrotto/Acratech Levelling base to my GV2 I'd have all that I need for Landscaping.
It does look very impressive though...
Cheers Jules...

That certaainly seems to deliver on almost all requirements, really heavy lenses excluded.
