OK.......maybe this will help
Go to your Flickr page, click on the picture you want to upload
and than click on the all sizes tab above the picture.
It will than open and beneath the picture to url boxes will be visible.
Select option 2 which says: grab the pictures url.

Select and copy that line.( note:it ends on jpg which is crucial.)
Now in your post click on the IMAGE button beneath the comment box.

Now paste the image url between the image tags. Done !
