It's an incredibly veratile lens. Most of the product shots that I do for reviews are shot using it, set at f/16.
That's a lovely bird shot, best as the full frame I think.

I like this lens too and was surprised by the optical quality and build quality.

I would say that this is also my most used lens and is the first choice when I want to travel light.
What also amazes me (SMC) is it's optical quality at full zoom !

At one point I noticed a red kite had settled in a tree quite close by so I wound the lens to 135mm ready to capture a shot.
Before I could grab the shot the kite took flight so I tried to follow it before it disappearded behind other trees.
I just did a half press autofocus and then grabbed a quick shot, not expecting to get much of a result.
However, what I found when I got home amazed me.
Here it the full frame (reduced in quality for posting) and a crop which did not need reducing.
Camera set on Tav 1/250 at f/5.6.
