Image Data

I was looking to see if the EXIF data has a field recording teh distance teh lens was set to.

In PhotoMe a field is given as:

Distance Code Data (LC2) >>>> Range: 03; Step: 0 (Code: 31; Macro)

or

Distance Code Data (LC2) >>>> Range: 03; Step: 7 (Code: 27; Very Far/Infinite)

and other variants.


Can anyone point to a list that will give a little more detail.
