I'm almost jealous

We're just back from a trip to Urk, which will mean something to the Dutchies amongst us .

I bought my husband a K-m while we were there. He tried both the K-m and the X70 but like the K-m, best. It is a lovely little camera, and so light and easy to carry I am almost jealous of him having it. It cost €354, which is just 301 pounds. We got the kit lens with it, though initially we were just going to get the body.
Now to persuade him to take photos of different things to me so we don't end up with identical photographs, likes we did in the US.

I asked when they expected the K-7 in and he said mid to late July but hopefully nearer mid than late.

Oh, and the shop was packed - no sign of a recession there. The only disappointment was that whilst they had Canon, Nikon, Sony and Olympus cameras for you to play with they had not a single Pentax on show - anywhere

It's a great place, well packed in suuply and friendly people.
And at least they always have a good supply of Pentax gear.(not showing, but they have it)
Advantage is: before you make the trip just check the website if the items you want, are in stock.
The Saturday always seem the busiest day. Lots of money changing hands there.

I reserved the Km for him Martin, but on the way he decided he'd like to try the X70 too. It wasn't a problem. Very nice people as you say. I have ordered stuff from them by post before but not been to the shop.

Once I've sold a few lenses I'll be heading there again I hope.

He is like a dog with two tails, and has already nearly filled a 2GB card
