You need a seperate site that "hosts" your photos and by linking you can show them on the forum.
You already have photobucket i see, simply copy & paste the address it gives you in the IMG code bar when viewing your photo.
No need to do something extra besides that.
The code will look like this but [] instead off ()
(IMG)http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk244/Anvh/CMQ_0242.jpg(/IMG)
about following, there is no such option here on this site i believe...

Since I'm a fairly new member here, I have Posted a number of Images that were taken with my K100D and have received responses on them, which I have always appreciated, and always will, be them good or bad.
There is some things I've noticed here on Pentex User. If you want to "Follow" someone's Images you really can't do that. Also, if I want to include a Image along with my comment, just how can this be done? I've clicked on the "Image" button, but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong, if anything?
