You need to put your photos online somewhere - either your own website or try www.photobucket.com or similar.
Photobucket allows hotlinking, and even provides the URL with tags for you to use once you hae your photos there. Not all photosharing sites allow hotlinking.

I find photobucket.com easy to use and works every time. Recommended.
