Just did a reinstall of Windows 7 X64 Ultimate because of some problems that where caused by install Adobe CS5 over CS4 and then unstalling CS4
I also bought a new faster bigger harddisk Samsung F3 1TB if you want to know and just freshly installed win7 on it
Now I can check my other disks and remove everything that I don't need.
My experience with XP (never had Vista) was that the computer always felt much faster with a freshly installed OS but this time, I do have that feeling as well but far less then used to be.
Start up is going faster but everything just feel as snappy when it was running so it seems windows finally have an OS that can run a year without clogging up
