Can't get really cheaper than that.
The flashes that can do HSS are
Pentax - AF360FGZ, AF540FGZ
Metz - 48 AF-1, 50 AF-1, 54 MZ-4i, 58 AF-1
Sigma - EF-530 DG Super
Your best bet would be the Metz 48.
Why do you need HSS for btw?

You mentioned ttl, your camera doesn't support ttl. It only supports p-ttl.

BTW, don't think that HSS is simple
It involves creating multiple bursts of light as the shutter progresses. 1/180s is the fastest speed where the sensor is completely exposed in one go.
Faster shutter speeds are achieved by creating a moving 'slot' between the leading and trailing curtains of the shutter. It's this moving slot that creates the challenge for HSS flash - it has to fire so the image is exposed evenly all the way down.
Consequently, only the big and expensive flashguns can support HSS - it's much more sophisticated from the flashgun's point of view
Often people say they want HSS.... but don't really know why It is very helpful in bright conditions where you want fill in flash. However, a reflector is often an easier and cheaper method in those circumstances
HTT!

I use it for macro to pick out the detail. WIth a diffuser on it seems to be a lot more subtle than normal flash. It is very helpful in bright conditions where you want fill in flash.
May be totally the wrong way to use it but it seems to work ok.

The initial idea was to use it as a fill in flash and some creative macro photography ... but i figured its not an absolute must have .. as I have been doing a lot of flash photography without it.
Ken .. I did mean P-TTL

I have two YN560's and a Metz36 but both do not do high speed flash sync with my KM. Looking for a cheap flash that would do my high speed sync and TTl.
I found this on Amazon - link
Not sure if I want to spend that much so anything cheaper ?
Thanks,
Karthik
