Hi there

Hello all, I'm new around here so I thought I'd introduce myself.

I've been shooting Pentax since my Dad first let me use his MV when I was about 12 (~12 years ago), but have only started taking photography more seriously in the last 3 or 4 years. I own a wide variety of camera bodys, most picked up cheaply on Ebay, plus my pride and joy, a *istDL2 with 18-55 and 50-200 DA lenses.

I generally like to take wildlife and landscape shots with the odd still life and macro thrown in for good measure.

I'm an active forum member over on www.phototakers.com, but there are very few Pentax users there so I thought it was time to join somewhere I can get meaningful equipment advice as well as share some photos.

I reckon you're right - this is the best place for all things Pentax! And we're more than happy to see what you produce with your gear.
