The Wirral - just a short walk across from Liverpool !
My wife lived in New Brighton and worked at Squibb's for a while. I remember driving along the sea front in stormy weather and as a wave broke over the sea wall my car was covered in raw sewage!

Thanks all for your replies. I live in Bromborough at the moment. Back in the family home after moving to Middlesbrough for 5 years (oh what we do for love).
@bforbes - I don't think they do. Well, not as often anyway. The police have a greater presence at the moment in those areas (my opinion only I must add).
