Hi all peeps
Wildlife is certainly a tricky subject and very often you have to accept what you get, making a mental note to try again another day.
I am sure that even the really expert wildlife photographers on the forum will confirm that the numbers of photographs discarded can be very high.

Don't worry, I even don't shoot (either way) wildlife, mostly they are my family pictures - and still my photos are far from being 'really good'

Hi everyone my name is Carole, my technique is basically point and shoot. Well I do know some technical stuff about my cameras capabilities but Wildlife has a habit of not posing for you (Try asking a golden eagle to hang around so you can get your tripod up or find a post to put your bean bag on!!) My new year’s resolution is to be more patient!! After seeing some of the pictures in the gallery and on posts in the forums, I feel I would like to achieve better pictures most of the time instead of some of the time. Saying that photography to me is a fun hobby so I am not looking for professional standard in my pictures just some I can say oh yes that’s a blue throated whatever instead of oh yes that’s a bird!!.
