I assume you mean clikpic.com (no c). Are you sure you sent the mail to the right address because there is also a dead URL for Clickpic(with c).
It may tell you somewhere in the FAQ what you need to do. They do not have a telephone support service.

Hi Matt phoned the above numbers the guys was nost abrupt and said Im on holiday and this is my personal number use the online help. He put the phone down before I had chance to tell him I sent emails over two weeks ago with no reply.Pete,

Hi guys, I've heard from Tom at Clikpic. They have told me that they do reply to all queries but find a lot of the time their emails are blocked as spam. A user can log on and find their replies within there account. They are not a one man band either.

sorry, but Clikpic is a very good hosting webiste.
I've used it for 3 years not, and always had absolutely perfect customer service and support.
If you need information on how to get the domain, read the manuals on the support tab of vthe menu.
If you need other help, please send me a private message, as I am not always on the forum.

Also,
seeing that you want to move away from them, they are probably (like any other company) going to give you trouble!
Look in the terms and ocnditions docs from when you bought the domain name, and see what are the terms of the contract.

Hi, I have a website from Clicpic also. I have found the site excellent for the cost. I think that the only reason that they can provide such a reasonably priced service, is because they offer no special help. But if you wish you can make enquiries on specific matters by lodging a special request through your login.

I have a website with clickpic.com but have now designed my own and want the domain name I purchased with them.
I have sent an email around two weeks ago but still no reply. Does anyone have any contact numbers for this company.
As far as I know I own the domain name. All I want to do is redirect to my new hosting site ??
Any advise welcome
