Help transferring jpegs to a Nook HD+

I have just bought a Nook HD+ (tablet) and would like to be able to transfer jpegs either from the SDHC card or directly from the K5 to the tablet. I know that it can be done easily from a PC (or Mac) but so far I have been unable to find "an App" and/or hardware (cable/adaptor) that will do this.

I know there is the alternative using a Micro SDHC card (with SD adaptor for use in the camera) as this will then plug straight into the tablet, or WiFi cards may be an option, but I was hoping someone had come accross this and solved it ?

Thanks in advance

Perhaps plug both K5 and Nook into a PC, then the SD cards of both should be exposed in the file browser and you can directly cut and paste jpegs between them?

Hi Gwing, sorry I should have made it clearer... I don't want to use a PC at all - the idea being that when I'm out and about (holidays, etc) I can view the jpegs on a decent quality and size screen

Cabstar was spot on - ES File Explorer does what I need very nicely - Thanks for the advice
