HELP spyder

Hi just thought i would try on here just bought a spyder pro4 but cant get past the activation screen everytime i click next it i just get the working spinner or not responding 4 days, now im in touch with datacolor just wondered if anybody on here had this problem turned firewall off same im on windows 7 64 bit help before i launch it lol

The program itself will be set up in such a way as to automatically direct you to the activation screen, but I would imagine that there is a "back-door" via their website. Try going to their website, and look for a site map. If they have one, simply look for the activation screen from there.
