Johnsons are the official Ricoh/Pentax approved repairers and I believe if you take out a PU Plus membership here you can get a discount on repairs. Perhaps JR can confirm this still applies.

PU Plus members get 20% discount on servicing with JPS, so it's a great idea to sign up.
