Hello from Connecticut

I just received my K70 and am looking forward to learning to use its many bells and whistles. I was a long time 35mm user, with a B&W darkroom (now in a storage closet), but digital use has been limited to point and shoot that I own, and an early generation Canon DSLR I had access to at my school. I'm a retired teacher/librarian from a juvenile correctional facility, and, FWIW, a cancer survivor.
I went with Pentax because I have two manual lenses from my 35mm days and my old K1000, and wanted to take advantage of them while learning. I also have an oddity some might be familiar with, a Pentax 110 SLR, with three lenses and an autowinder, I haven't used it in years, but I see that there's at least one company marketing 110 film, so may take it out of mothballs and give it a shot.

Welcome. That Pentax 110 was ahead of its time back then.

A company in Folkestone UK will probably assist with 110 film. There isn't much they don't do film-wise link
Welcome to PentaxUser and please post your pictures!
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
