I am new to this forum, so Hello everyone.
I have recently purchased a used Pentax K5 together with a Tamron AF18-200mm lens.
I am still finding my way around the inbuilt menu's and features, quite a learning curve from the old days of my Pentax ME Super. If any members have any useful hints and tips they would be very welcome.

Hi Alan - and welcome. Look forward to some of your images once you've started to get your head around the K5!

Welcome!

Hints and tips?

Don't be afraid to ask your questions here.

We've all been through the learning curve; some like me are still on it.

You'll get patient and helpful advice whatever the issue.

Welcome from thirty miles long the coast. I too returned to Pentax with a K-5 after years of other makes and types since giving up my ME Super. I'm very much still on the learning curve and enjoying every minute of it. Look forward to seeing your work in due course.

Best wishes,

Mike

Welcome from the Southwest!

The K-5 was my introduction to digital, as well.
