1. I use a AF360FGZ (now) with an Orbis ring adapter.
2. Can't comment - I'll be sticking with my K20Ds until they die - then I'll make the jump up.
Once again welcome.

Hello and welcome. I hope you'll find answers for your questions here.
1. Metz 48 AF-1, if you'll go to www.flickr.com/photos/pawel_pikor/
find there set with wedding. All photos been taken with flash above.
2. Can't really help you with that, using K200D at moment.

Hi, welcome to the forum. I have a K200d and two (2) K20d's and at the moment have no need or intention of switching. All far exceed my needs and limited skills, so I wouldn't comment about the virtues of a K7. When doing a remote shoot and need flash, I use an AF-540 FGZ. It serves me very well.
Cheers,
Stephen

Hi & Welcome,
I had the K10 and upgraded to the K7 recently and don't regret it. For me the reduced noise, live view (great for macro's) are worth it alone, however I am told that the leap from a K20 to the K7 is not so exciting. If you are planning on purchasing some extras for your hobby, why not consider investing in a better lens or two and getting a k7 when the price drops. I purchased a DA16-45 at the same time and this had more impact on my photography than the new camera did.

Thanks for all of the responses. I wanted to use the K7 as a backup 2nd camera. I did end up buying http://www.adorama.com/SG530PX.html?utm_source=ET&utm_medium=TransactionalEmail&... I am excited about the TTL feature. Saving my pennies for the K7....Again thanks for all of the responses.

Congratulations John on getting the 530, a friend of mine has one and is delighted with it. Now let's see some "flash" photo posts.
