Snag is - he has no Internet access at present - I got the message last night by SMS - also I'm not sure whether this is for Mac or PC - could be either as he uses both systems

I should point out - that he probably has a multiple licence for this - to cover all his machines [ that's his normal practice ] and he's clearly never actually activated it on the machine that's with him - but it's probably on the External failed drive
