I've not made a sweet soufflé yet, might give it a go. I can make good watercress or courgette soufflés

whilst working for an ITV company I sent an email containing the word 'shit'. The e-system filtered it, sent it back and e-rapped my knuckles. I changed the word by adding an 'e' (Scottish readers will get this) to the end and my little (e)-pistle went off around the planet.
