Nice shot Helen, thought it would be nice and sharp. I have not figured out how to link from Flickr since they changed the layout ether, you used to be able to do it from view all sizes.

This was the first time I have used a lens this wide, you have to consider the shot so much more, line distortion, little kids balloons and so on. I can see it could take a bit of getting used to. This lens is now on the top of my I want list.I really like this, what a bizarre idea, very well executed! Who needs expensive ND filters? I would perhaps use the skew tool to make it completely symettrical but I guess the tree in the background precludes total symettry.

Well I have waded through most of the images binned a lot and these are the last I'm going to post:
Snowy Owl
Juvenile Snowy owl, it was a bit stressed due to the keeper cleaning out the cage.
Seed head taken with the Sigma 10-20
Grey crowned crane

And finaly spot the damselfly Ken
Not the best light for photography but a great day.

Somewhere at the back of my mind
This is an experimental shot I took using Anthony's Sigma 10-20 lens with some welders glass attached to an old filter bezel on front. This made an inspired economy big stopper, and allowed a 30 seconds long exposure. The final result out of the can was unsurprisingly green, a bit of desaturation later this is the result.
