Turns out there's a set of "rapids" just around the corner. First time I've been there and get this little lot. I'm reasonably happy... a ten stopper ND would have been nice, but 3s was OK.

these have been sharpened a touch, maybe too much, I'm not sure. I might re-process tomorrow if I have time with my work laptop - with this one, it's way too time-consuming.

You've achieved the right effect, you need to find better photogenic subject matter now, and think about your compositions more.

Check out DrOrloff's Cascade de Jarraud for what I mean.

I saw the initial shots and just happened today to stumble across this stream. I think I'll be taking my wellies next time, next week - then I should have an opportunity to see if there are some better angles.
I'd done some of this before, but now I know there's a location I will work more on the composition. Wellies will help
