GX-10 (K10D) and Auto Bracketing????

Hi all,
After problem number one is sorted (How to get Contact Sheets in Corel Draw, thanks to Daniel Bridge ) I have another question if I may.
Is it possible to 'shoot' in RAW+ (RAW plus JPEG files) AND stay in bracketing mode automatically without having to press the bracketing button every time I want to shoot in bracketing?
The reason for this is that I still find my footsteps with the camera and want to make sure I got at least one or two good exposed pictures or being able to do overlays in RAW mode (don't know if that is really necessary, but hey, I got two 32GB Class 10 Cards and two spare 16GB Class 10, so its not so that I would run out of space in a rush) and I got 6 spare batteries so the power angle is covered as well.
I just want to get to grips with everything and have been approached to make the pictures for my local Royal British Legion on Remembrance Sunday and I rather have the choice of 6 pictures 3 in RAW (3Raw, one 1/3 under one correct and one 1/3 over exposed) and so for the JPEG file (3JPEG, one 1/3 under one correct and one 1/3 over exposed).
I know that sounds overkill but I DO NOT want to mess that one up as we got the boys from the camp coming as well and the Major has promised to be there this year with our local MP and plenty of others and it is quite a big occasion plus I be able to hand over pictures to the local daily newspaper who will take them off me and I get paid for this (and I really can do with this money).
So you see why it is so important for me to get everything sorted till then (I just remember that I got a Manfrotto Dolly System for the 028 Tripod as well, that I used to use for the Sony PD150 Video Camera but that may come in here very handy).
Got an all Weather Rain Cover from EWA-MARINE (the one that is open at the bottom, not the waterproof one. Picked that one up a while ago on eBay for only £0.99 as no-one else was bidding! That was when I knew I either get the Samsung GX-10 or GX-20 or the equivalent from Pentax, so that one fits).
So, as you can see from that side I am fine, its just those little 'Digital bits' now that I have to sort out. I have been through the book and I know how to do the 'one off' auto bracketing but is there any way that I make the Bracketing and the RAW+ my default 'shooting' settings?
If I can, how do I do this?
Also, I know I can change the focussing screen on my camera (sometimes reading a book really educates and sometimes it just makes things more confusing). Anyone ever done that as I would feel better with the split circle focusing screen, and how much are they going for? Is it difficult to change them?
However the Bracketing question IS FAR MORE IMPORTANT, it's just that it came to mind.
Anyone that can help me on this one?

P.S. I do not feel to well today and just taken more tablets (no I am not overdosing t-t, also I do feel light headed :lolso it may takes a little while before I am back on my PIMP (Personal Information Machine and Printer), Computer for you and me but PIMP sounds better and my Laptop 'Lap Dancer'. Gives me sometimes strange looks if I talk about it in public. My Lap Dancer is just transferring pictures to my PIMP. One day I will get arrested for saying that :lol again, so it may take a while to be back on the PIMP as my wife has the Lap Dancer at work
(I really can see some people starting to crack up, but that is what the tablets do to me AND THEY ARE ON THE NHS! Others have to pay for this stuff. Where was I ???? Oh yeah, it may take a while to come back to you guys but tomorrow I should be with it again. Don't call the guys with the white jacked out yet, plus it is very 'restricting as well

You can get split circle focus screens on ebay, made in China apparently by grinding down screens from old film cameras, for very little (£5-15 if I recall correctly, I got mine years ago). Or you can get a made in America one from Katz Eye for about £100... The Katz Eye is supposed to have better QC, and some other small benefits (a bit brighter, less of a 'black out' effect at smaller apertures, optional gridlines etc).

Don't have a GX10/K10D so I don't know the answer to your bracketing question, sorry.

I had a cheap ebay split focus screen in my old k10d and it worked very well. The only thing I did notice when I got my gx-20 is that the standard screen is noticibly brighter.
