I'm wanting to give my son something to hang on his wall, so I got out his guitar and this is what I came up with. C&C welcome. Don't mind a reshoot if there's some way to make these better.

Nice set! Especially 2 and 3. Great choices for depth of field and square cropping.

Have you tried any of your son with the guitar, e.g. close-up of fingers picking?

Very nice - I think they would look great in one mount and frame with quite a lot of space between them. I'd also consider toning them in some way but that might depend on the colour scheme of the room in question.

These look nice. Might be tempted to try the headstock one looking the other way, back towards the nut. Also on that one, how about peeling off the protective film from the trussrod cover?

But I think they all work well together.

LOL I had to inspect the guitar to figure out what in the world a trussrod is! Protective film is now removed.

Toned:

I like nos 2 & 3 but for some reason 1 just looks a little flat too me (its still a good picture though). I think its because the other 2 have a perspective depth , whilst no1 is a straight on picture.

Good set though.
