Terve vaan!
If you're mobile and don't mind getting cold.. I have a 'jääratapäivä' going on at the end of the month and would appreciate some decent photos (I will be driving...) LMK if you're interested and I can give you more info.

Hi Bret,
Thanks for the offer. This month would not be possible, traveling and pretty busy all weekends. I would not guarantee the decent photos, no experience in similar situations... But might be an interesting experience.
Let me know if there are other opportunities.
Giorgio

After about one month on the forum I think it's time for me to introduce myself to all of you. In this one month I have spent a great amount of time reading (and learning) and already managed to buy a new lens, a Samsung 12-24, from TonyM (Thanks again Tony for the great lens!).
I live in Finland (but I am Italian) and I am returning to photography after a very long break during which I have mostly used P&S cameras to take family pictures.
A have a mixture of cameras and lenses from my old manual days and latest digital additions and trying to put some order and fill some gaps. I now have a K20D, which I really enjoy, and a few older ones, an MX, a P30 and a Cosina CT1. My beloved Cosina was my first SLR camera I have used for many many years and with it I have learned the little I know about photography.
I look forward to contributing to the Forum and to your valuable advice!
Giorgio
