I knew you'd do it, Tim. Congratulations on being formally recognised. You must have found it very hard to decide on a short-list from your many stunning images.
Best wishes,
Andrew

Thank you everyone, it's good to have a forum like this where I can display images and get useful comments, and I like seeing the images of other members as well and seeing their photography progress.
Pentaxophile I know you meant that jokingly, but I do get asked that quite regularly. I had someone who came up to me at the camera club and told me he had a 5D MKII and a set of L series lenses and asked how I achieved my image quality in my prints as he couldn't match it and he was thinking of changing kit, he was not impressed when I said I used a Pentax
The next most common question is "oh you use Pentax, is that a Canon or a Nikon?"
Now that mountain has been climbed I need to find another one!

I didn't attend the assessment, instead spending a great morning taking photographs with Andrew (bwlchmawr) who very kindly showed me one of his locations, thank you Andrew.
You can see my panel here (contains nudity).
You may recognise quite a few of the images from my gallery here on PU, so a big thank you to all those who commented on my images and provided me with some feedback.
I would highly recommend any of the photographic distinctions from the various photographic institutions to anybody who feels they need some direction to their photography.
