The cart thing, yes. It's a threshing machine from the days of steam traction engines. A long leather belt connected the steam engine flywheel to a pulley on the side of the machine. That drove a huge drum with flails on it at very high speed. Sheaves went in the top, grain came out one end and chaff and rubbish came out of the big spout.
