going to japan! advice?

hi all, so, all i own is in my signature. and i gather that japan is a treasure trove of stuff. what should i set my eyes on? seeing as i don't own any mega fast glass, i thought a new 50/1.2 would be nice. and part of me is really toying around with the idea of replacing my 200/2.8 with a voigtlander 180/4 apo lanthar. but, the truth is that i am generally happy with what i've got. but i couldn't let a trip to japan go to waste, could i? what other things are available in japan that aren't really available elsewhere?

Oh Pentax japan have now an action where you can change the grip into another colour.
It's for the Km, Kx and the Kr so if you've that camera maybe you could drop by Pentax

If you spend time in Tokyo take the train to Nakano district, there is camera shop there called Fujiya Camera, lots of choice and it's where I bought my FA 77 - the price of the 31 was similar to SRS so Chris got the business for that one...

Great little shop - very helpful

My FA-100 came from Yodobashi is Osaka - great city

New Pentax 1.7X AF adaptors are sold via Amazon Japan. Plenty available. You need a local Japanese address which can be obtained from Tenso.com who are forwarding agents. Very efficient. I just received mine and contrary to many comments online, the adaptor autofocus works at F5.6 if not greater. I am using it with the Tamron 350mm F5.6 to make a very compact AF 600mm lens! AF is very fast after approximate manual focus is obtained.
