Gawthorpe Landscape

For me the composition works better with approximately 2 1/2 inches cropped from the top.

It is a strange fact that, scenes composed of mainly shades of green, appeal to the eyes and brain, but rarely look as good in the captured image. We must all have hundreds or thousands of green landscapes, but they hardly ever capture the feeling that we had when we took them. Perhaps this is why Autumn and Winter landscape photographs, which give more orange and brown tints, are more sucessful.

I do not know what HDR has added to the scene, it may have transformed the vitality of the colours and tones.
Friendly Regards

Is it?
Quite clearly to me. To this extent:

I've circled the points I used to get the reflection right. It looks too extreme when the angle of correction is shown, but when it's cropped...

...it looks right. Well, I think it does, anyway.

Note, I'm not trying to get the bank level, but in the centre of the frame, two points on an object and its reflection should be lined up vertically. Unless you want it to be wonky...
